We do ask your therapist to have a Release of Information on hand so they can tell us when you have (or have not) been to therapy so we can submit the payment on your behalf. They aren’t going to share any of your therapy session, as those are highly confidential, but we are a part of your team and want to be mindful if anything significant happens that is clinically significant for us to know, like if your child has achieved a milestone, or experienced a relapse, or has passed away. We care about you and want to make sure you feel supported by your therapist and our organization.
