Therapy for childhood cancer families is just a click away

Who is eligible to apply for therapy scholarship services?

We are so sorry you are faced with a childhood cancer diagnosis, but we are glad you have found us at Hope. Cope. Heal. We are eager to help you find the resources to process the challenges and traumas you have experienced. In order to apply, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Be a parent or guardian with a child currently or previously diagnosed with cancer

    As a parent/legal guardian, you can apply/request services for:

    • Yourself

    • A child currently or previously diagnosed with cancer

    • A sibling to a child currently or previously diagnosed cancer

    • Grandparents are eligible for group services only.

Getting access to therapy is just a few steps away!

  • 1. Apply Today

    In order to start finding you the resources you need, please fill out the Application Form. Once we receive your application, you will sign up for a time to do a quick phone call with one of our Coordinators. We will make sure to find you resources while you wait!

  • 2. Provide Physician Statement Form

    Before we can add you to the waitlist for services, please have your Oncology Team fill out the Physician Statement Form. Once we receive the completed form, we will add you to the waitlist for scholarships and/or services.

  • 3. Provide Release of Information Authorization Form

    In order to be able to connect you with resources in the community, we will need a Release of Information Authorization form filled out and on file. One for the Physician, and the other for the therapist of your choice.

  • Join the Waitlist

    As a new nonprofit, we are working diligently to find the resources to make therapy free to you and/or your family members. Once we have received all the necessary documents for services, and have secured the resources you have requested, you will be the first to know!
